GSB Sabha Navi Mumbai Announces launching of Online Portal for samaj bhandwas to apply to the FREE EDUCATION AID
The portal will be operational to accept the applications from 01st August 2024 till 20th August, 2024.
For such of those Students who have already registered/applied for scholarship in previous year, they need to verify/check their email where their login credentials have been shared.
First time users/students need to first register and login
using the Website: https://balajimandirvashi.com/scholarship/login fill in all the details and apply as per the instructions given
ONLY STUDENTS RESIDING IN NAVI MUMBAI, MUMBAI, SUBURBAN MUMBAI, GREATER MUMBAI and RAIGAD DISTRICT and who have successfully passed and promoted in the academic year 2023-24 are eligible for this free education Aid.
LAST DATE FOR DOCUMENT SUBMISSION along with form IS 31st August 2024.
1) This is not a MERIT SCHOLARSHIP. Parents / Guardians WHO CAN AFFORD TO BEAR THE SCHOOL/COLLEGE FEES OF THEIR CHILDREN WITHOUT SABHA’s HELP ARE REQUESTED NOT TO APPLY FOR THIS FREE EDUCATION AID.
2) This freeship Education Aid is available for the students from 01st standard to Post Graduation course
3) New Student need to first register and create their user id / password using the Website: https://balajimandirvashi.com/scholarship/login
4) Post Registration, Log in using your user id / password and fill in all details as asked. Mandatory fields marked in * to be filled or else form submission will not proceed further.
5) Please ensure that Data like name of the student , photo of the student , name of parent , date of birth of student , class studies during academic year 2023 – 24, name of the school / college along with the necessary documents like marks card, fees paid, Aadhar card , bank details, family income, electricity bill etc. are properly be uploaded.
6) Once the form is uploaded, then take a print out of the same and submit at the temple office along with copy of the documents uploaded viz., marks card, fees paid, Aadhar card , bank details, family income, electricity bill etc. Student/Parent should personally visit along with the original documents to complete the registration process.
7) Timelines mentioned to be followed strictly
8) INCOMPLETE REGISTERATION WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO BE CONSIDERED
9) Post successful registration, student to be physically present at Temple on the day (date will be announced) to collect the Prasad / free education.
10) THE SANCTIONED AMOUNT WILL BE PAID BY NEFT. Hence ensure correct bank details are uploaded and provided.
11) The Managing Committee / FREE EDUCATION AID subcommittee reserves the right to seek clarification and/ or reserves the right to reject the application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
12) LAST DATE FOR document SUBMISSION IS 31st August, 2024

Students applying for scholarship for the first time (Fresh Students) need to "Register" on the portal as fresh applicant by providing accurate and authenticated information.
Before initiating registration process, students / Parents / guardian are advised to keep the following documents handy:
1. Student's / Parent's Bank account number and IFSC code of the bank branch
2. Scanned Copy of Marksheet (2023 - 2024)
3. Scanned Copy of Aadhaar of the Student
4. Scanned copy of the School/College fee paid receipt
5. Scanned Copy of Cancelled Cheque
6. Scanned Copy of Electricity Bill of Months : May, June
7. Scanned Copy of Student's latest Photo
